System Upgrade

To better serve our members, NavyArmy is updating its operating system. Upgrades began on Friday, March 29, 6:30 pm  and will be completed on Tuesday, April 2, 8:00 am. During the upgrade, branches will be closed, and many services will not be available.

While Member Service Representatives will be available by phone to answer questions, please keep in mind that they will not be able to perform any banking transactions during the upgrade. Please see schedules below.

NavyArmy ATMs

During the upgrade ATM withdrawals are available but limited to $500 per 24-hours subject to your available balance. Access to account balances and ATM transfers are not available during the upgrade.

ATM deposits* must have been made prior to 2:00 pm Friday, March 29.

Online Banking & Mobile Banking

Online Banking and Mobile Banking services are not available during the upgrade, that began Friday, March 29, 6:30 pm  and will be completed Tuesday, April 2, 8:00 am. Mobile Check Deposits, must have been made prior to 10:00 am on Friday, March 29*. If you needed immediate access to funds, it was recommended that deposits should have been made directly at a branch on or before March 29. Digital Banking will be back in service on Tuesday, April 2, 8:00 am. Your username and passwords will not change.

NavyArmy Debit Cards

During the upgrade your debit card will have a maximum daily limit for purchases/cash withdrawals (subject to your available balance). Daily Card Limits: $1,000 Debit Card (PIN/Signature transactions) and $500 ATM; combined total of $1,500

Service Availability

During the upgrade, Bank By Phone, Shared Branches, and Quicken will not be available.

Quicken Users

Quicken will not be available during the upgrade.
