How to Get the App

  1. Visit the App Store and Download the Navy Army Mobile Banking App
  2. On the Login page
    a. Select New User Registration
    b. Complete the Online Banking Enrollment form
    c. Select Continue
    d. Your Login ID will be verified and validated for availability
    e. Select Continue
  3. A Secure Access Code will be required
    a. Select a delivery method
    b. Enter the Secure Access Code that was delivered
    c. Select Submit
    d. If prompted to register the device, click or tap Register Device
  4. Create a new password using the guidelines provide.
    a. Enter a password, then re-enter it in the Confirm Password field
    b. Select Submit
  5. Review your online profile and contact us if any information is not valid.
  6. Read the agreement on the Disclaimers page and select “I Accept” once you accept the agreement, the Home page will appear.

If you’re using a mobile phone with a wireless data plan, but it doesn’t support an app system, you can still use the basic benefits of mobile banking with the website version.
Not all carriers support standard U.S. short codes. We cannot guarantee that your carrier will support NavyArmy’s Mobile Banking, however most prepaid plans do. 
At NavyArmy, we take the highest precautions to protect your financial information. You can feel safe using the NavyArmy Mobile Banking app because account and personal identifying information is never stored in your phone. Account information is only accessible when logged into the app, which is password protected. For peace of mind, if you lose your phone, log in to Online Banking, click on Settings, select Security Preferences, and choose the Secure Delivery option and modify your contact number.
