Here's what you'll need
All applicants must provide:
- Completed Risk Assessment Form
- Completed Beneficial Ownership Form
- Completed Business Documents Checklist
In addition to the documents above please include copies of photo IDs, SSN, phone number, email address and mother’s maiden name for all persons who need to be on the account.
In order for you to have a checking account, you must open a savings account. The savings account will establish membership for your entity allowing us to open a checking account.
The minimum deposit requirement for opening the accounts is $25 in savings and $20 in checking.
